Welcome to Turner, Montana
Turner takes its name from Mr. and Mrs. H. C. Turner, one of the original settlers in the area. A cattleman, Mr. Turner opened a store to provide supplies to the area’s homesteaders. The store was successful and drew other businesses to the area. The town was moved from its original location in 1928 to accommodate the railroad.
